We have seen this before, consolidate till the required RR is over 8 then try to dig yourself out the hole. Doesn't work too often.

i hate when its a batting track for 1 team and a seaming and swinging track for another team..icc needs to do sumthing about this...cuz pakistan is clearly at a disadvantange. im not whining, but last 6 games pak v ind this has been the case thruout, Pak bats when its swinging and Ind bats when nothing is happening.

Well Pakistan should batsmen who can play on seaming and swing bowling attacks. They will not play in their batting friendly home pitches all the time. You can only judge a how good a player is and how good a technieque he has when he plays on these types of conditions. I am sorry to say we do not have enough quality players or are producing batsmen who are good enough. I am not saying this because of the situation in the current match but this has always been the case.

it was a good ball..afridi should've been sent as an opener rather than one down...one down in the 5th over u r gambling too much with one wicket already gone...but i think its rudy's poor umpiring which created this situation..farhat should not have been given out..he was looking good...rudy should be fired by the icc...this is a second bad decision by him in just 2 days..he is either drunk or going blind

YOU and other fkheads bashing Afridi with comments like ‘so he’s back to his old ways’ – Did you see him getting out? Have you noticed that his performances in the last few games were a victim of match situations (runouts, did-not-bat, batting collapse). He didnt get out trying to violently hit every ball out of the ground. He got bowled playing a defensive shot to an extraordinarily good ball. Now shut up and watch the game.
