Pak have plenty of batting left but they need to start scoring singles and doubles. I would have stuck with Younis at one down.

i hate when its a batting track for 1 team and a seaming and swinging track for another team..icc needs to do sumthing about this...cuz pakistan is clearly at a disadvantange. im not whining, but last 6 games pak v ind this has been the case thruout, Pak bats when its swinging and Ind bats when nothing is happening.

It wasn’t Afridi’s fault. He played a defensive shot with a straight bat to the original line of the ball. The ball swung in and went through the slight gap between bat and pad. Mind you Afridi wasn’t playing too far away from his body, but just had a minor gap and was just a victim of a good ball. The fault was in sending Afridi after the loss of quick wicket when he had to play defensively against moving ball. Irfan Pathan is useless after the first 10 overs, we should have just saved Afridi for 40s.

its not that... i will say again.... they are miss using him, everyone knows that the ball is swinging and afridi is a natural hitter, why do u think they promoted him.. JUST TO HIT... that was gonna happen.... with swinging bowlers he shud come in litle later,,, its a waste of wicket and bad planning

I agree, I wasn't in favor of Afridi at this stage at all, but everybody shouts at their lungs to see Afridi play everytime a wicket falls thinking that he will save our butt whenever he arrives at crease, he couldn't save his own butt, he can't survive against moving balls

But to be honest, Afridi has done alright as a defending batsmen.. .Pathan is just a pretty good bowler.
