:jhanda: We won, that is what matters. Lets hope Younis comes back for Lords match.

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

But don't pretend he is our teams mighty savior

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

^ You can pretend he is not and we’ll pretend he made the difference.

If someone dont want to understand, no one can make them understand. Off course its a team game but sometimes you need someone out there with you to show you hot to do it.

You might be better expert than junks like NAsir Hussain, Michael Holding, Botham, Raja etc who are saying this from last 15 min

Good for you. :k:

so he taught them how to catch too?

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

M. Aamir is man of the match :jhanda:

He is youngest to take 5 wickets in an inning

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

Good job, Aamir. :k:

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

OMG.. Butt forgot the name of "wahab riaz" .. wut was that saying "the player who played in place of umar gul...."

and wahabb riaz was in the stands, not even with the team in ground..

Good decision of "man of the match" though

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

as I said before

If someone dont want to understand, no one can make them understand.

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

had he not played the way he did, things would of been really different.
look how hard it was to chase 148

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

im not saying MOYO doesnt help, if they had in the 2nd test, they would have won that too!!!!, But NOt alot of ppl like to listen so it's k, well you can't argue with ignorance

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

Butt replied very diplometically about what is the difference in team

It would have been very well if he just said that MOYOs return played important role , rather denying forcefully that not an individual make any change.
Again what is needed by a senior , just respect , he can not give him thisss , shamee to the english medium butttt

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

Congrats to all! Yousuf was brilliant....good job Amir! Finally we beat the farangis! :)

I love when Amir says stuff like" Wasim is my idol. I love him"

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

he did praise Yousef and acknowledged that his return made a difference

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

Yousaf role was exceptionally well. His partnership with Azhar Ali played a vital rule to win this match. Almost in every over he was giving advises to Azhar and this is what Junior needs from the Senior. These two really showed their class as Test batsmen.

Anyway all credit goes to Yousuf, Azhar, Wahab, Ajmal and Aamer :jhanda:
But don’t gorget Umar Akmal, who at last played sensible innings in pressure.

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22

This is what i got from Cricinfo

It's always [nervy]," smiles Salman Butt. "This was the same as the game against Australia. It was three wickets then, four today so it's getting better! The boys showed a lot of character," says Butt, praising various members for the team effort. "It was a very good effort from the whole team, no one individual can be singled out. Yousuf brought class and calmness to the middle order. The dressing room is confident in this holy month of Ramadan, we would like to draw this series 2-2."

Re: Pakistan vs England, 3rd Test, Wed Aug 18 - Sun Aug 22
