I don't know who made the apparently permanent rule that Pakistani senior batsmen will not bat higher than number 4 no matter what. It was a good opportunity for Yousuf to come to bat today and save Faisal for later so his confidence isn't dented from high pressure situation.

Actually its the thought "I will play as much later so if there is a collapse then I will take care of it" though it hasn't happened yet, it was only once when Inzamam saved the match with tail-enders.

Faisal got lucky, he nicked (thin) but no one appealed.
faisal has strong "recomendation" from miandad. seems a bit edgee, but i just cant forget the way he once bludgned shane warne out og the attack. wonder if he is still good enough
