I agree with Ehsan.
Staying on the wicket in test cricket is just as important as scoring runs.

Hameed gone. Looking good but then a bowl which lifted off a length accounted for him. Unlucky. I think the game is slipping away from us now.
Ehsan, occupying the crease is fine if you can do it without offering chances, but the fact is Hafeez in this game at any rate, made a total of 39 runs and could have been out 5 times if the catches had been taken. That's not occupying the crease that's just luck.
Now it all depends on Younis and Inzi. If they dont score now than this game is out of our hands.
bangladesh might have well cemented their place in the TEST CRICKET ARENA....
another generous game by the pakistanis....
i wud be surprised if we dont lose this one....
Now we can only win this match by hitting the ball harder...just to exert pressure on the bowlers. :)

bro, even a win wont satisfy me now.
Pakistan playing some below average test cricket.
Younis goneee
Younis Khan run out (Mohammad Ashraful) 0 (0b 0x4 0x6)
Now we cant win this match. VERY BAD PAK
Younis Khan gone for 0 in a farcical run out which couldn’t have highlighted the sorry plight of our experienced players more.
Inzi goes lumbering down the track, fails to notice that Younis isn’t running until a desperate change of mind (obviously no calling as usual) and the two clowns combine to put on a display which would get more laughs than a travelling circus ![]()
![]()
But some funny things happening...I think Inzamam should find some other job like selling tickets at some cricket stadium...lol
I think PCB has gone nuts. What were they thinking when they replace YOYO with Farhan Adil. YOYO with FArhan Adil ![]()
Inzy..ah again the run out syndrome...only this time its the other player
Pakistan batsman Taufiq Umar will miss home series against South Africa and New Zealand because of serious knee injuries.
The left-handed opener had to pull out of the third Test against Bangladesh in Multan and a scan has revealed problems in both knees which will require surgery.
“He requires two weeks of complete rest to recover from the acute phase and will then be operated upon, which will take him a further 10 weeks to recover [from],” said team doctor Riaz Ahmed.
Taufiq has scored 1,128 runs in 15 Tests, including three centuries, and has also appeared in 17 one-day internationals.
He is seen as a natural successor to Saeed Anwar, who recently retired from the game.
“It has come at the worst possible time,” said chairman of selectors Aamir Sohail.
“He is an establsihed opener who had gained experience and was ready to perform against formidable opponents like South Africa.”
Pakistan will play three one-dayers and three Tests against South Africa, who arrive later this month following their tour to England.
New Zealand’s tour begins in December.
Here comes 1 more prob for PCB :mad2:
BD deserve to win this match.
Xterme I wasn't talking about Hafeez in particular I was talking generally about occupying the crease.
Its all finish now .Congrats BD for thier 1st test win. Unless Inzi and Rashid do something magical..Allah Please Help Us..
Our team needs some serious help.
This match is for sure slipping away unless Omar & Shabbir start hitting in anger and each make 50... :)
Its only 146 runs...they will pull it off...
Well lads, better steel yourself for what is going to be an inevitable defeat here. Adil got out to an unplayable delivery, he did nothing wrong before that. If the ball jumps shoulder high from a spinner you can't really do much about that.
Bengalis have redemed themselves in the eyes of world cricket so I take my hat off to them for that. I doubt any other major test playing side would have lost to them though so where that puts us I'm not sure.
