Both propulsion and navigation systems of Babur (from whatever knowledge we have of it) is similar to those of the UAV’s that Pakistan produces. 1) Babur uses a turbofan engine; many of the advanced Pakistanis UAV’s use turbojet engines. 2) Babur can be guided with GPS systems, but is currently believed to be using an INS (i.e. matching from presaved maps); Most of the UAV’s use the GPS system, and ID has already developed many FCsystems that can perform the duties of an INS.
Cruise Missile:
A missile that is an unmanned, self-propelled weapon-delivery vehicle that sustains flight through the use of aerodynamic lift over most of its flight path.

The IFCS-7000 can be mounted on most Pakistani UAV’s (most likely on the next variant of the Shadow and/or Vision). Its capable of performing the duties of an INS, such as that believed to be mounted on the Babur. Most Pakistani UAV’s use GPS for navigation. Whichever system Babur uses, it is already present in our UAV’s (or already developed for UAV’s).

Cruise Missiles are “fire-and-forget” type of vehicles - they need not navigation & control from ground-crew, nor are the designed for the purpose of monitoring/spying, so the need for the extras such as surveillance cameras, auto-land & auto-find base are not needed.
