However interestingly not having Nukes or having Nukes is no garuntee for success or failure. The brilliant although fictional scenario is that of the “Mouse that roared”
It’s perfectly possible for someone without Nukes to run ring round a Nuclear power if they are determined to… so as a weapon it’s more pyschological than in your face physical.
Besides Nuclear weapons make War into a Game… which is not at all what it should be in my humble opinion.
