There cannot be any talks with pakistan until pakistan hands over the occupied portion of kashmir, grants freedom to balochis, stops messing with neighbors through it’s pet weapon jihad(namely india, afghanistan, iran), and invites indian mercenaries to blow themselves up among civilians..
Parallel to above is what your stand is on india..how different do you expect indian opinion to be? Yes it is deplorable for india as should be restrained on dam projects in kashmir…Water shortage has become a big problem for our neighbors..
