Pakistan should recognise and normalise relations with Israel.
Pakistan as a leading power in Muslim world, can lead the way and show the path of peace to other Muslim nations.
Pakistan has a lot to gain from such a relationship, not just economically but morally.
Also, Pakistan can play a great role in stopping the terrorist acts against Israel by suicide bombers. These attacks no one more than the Palistinians themselves as Israel retaliates in order to defend its citizens.
So, the time is right, the time is now, for Pakistan to forward a and of friendship and embrace Israel as a nation.

There is a constant aerial threat for Pakistan against its nuclear installations. When both countries are on diplomatic terms, Israel definitely has to think twice before making any aggressive move.

Is there anything other than financial assistance that the Arab countries can help Pakistan with. If Pakistan can negotiate a great aid package from USA then I would recognize Israel.
Pakistan needs to dump the Arab countries since they keep holding back Pakistan from many opportunities to take place at a bigger world stage whereas they themselves would not hesitate had they the chance.
Ofcourse this is easier said that done. The biggest problem is not the discontinuation of Arab economic support but internal political upheaval and people unrest. The best way is to use media to alienate people from their views until the time is right.

we are not involved as a country in the palestine/israelli issue anyway. only iran is. even the israellis know that no matter who (out of the possible candidates) is in power the government of pakistan is not a iranian type direct threat to them.
if you want the begging bowl filled by pro israelli countries then you'll have to work for it. simple recognition wont fill it. perhaps some anti arab mercenary work will have to be taken!
