What is the difference between you and those Islamophobes who like to misinterpret this exact verse to prove that Islam is an intolerant religion?
We are only discouraged to be friends with people who fight us because of our religion, i.e because we are Muslims, not because of political or territorial issues. And like I have already mentioned before, 16% of the Israeli citizens are Muslim. So this isn’t really a religious issue.
It’s Surah Al-Mumtahanah BTW and not Surah Al-Anam
