If I am not mistaken, then I think she belongs to the Mustafa Khar family. There was this book by Mustafa Khar's wife Tehmina Gill "Feudal Lords" which was about their marriage. Good read
I generally am not a fan of the Pakistani salwar kameez.. I think they are tooooooo roomy and flowy and lose chooridaar pants is my pet peeve and the fact that it is above ankles. Shudder !!!!
Don't even like even if its Indian. I only ever wear salwars with tight chooridaars that end right below the ankle.
What i like abt her look is ofcourse the Birkin. The solid royal blue color and that it is devoid of any kaam. LOOOOOOOVE it.

Foreign Minister of a poor country - Pakistan - struck with 16.17 % inflation - where 40% of the population live below poverty - unemployment is around 20% .... and yet she is sporting a Birkin .... a bag which is a symbol of wealth due to its high price and elusiveness to the public....

I agree with all the comments regarding the designer brands. She probably thinks she's Victoria Beckham. But then again, how many times do you guys criticize the male politicians of Pakistan for wearing CK and Armani?

India is loving her so that should be enough reason for us Pakistanis to boo her. I don’t know I don’t like politicians no matter how graceful and good looking they are, well except Gen. Yaqoub and Imran khan.

Because they aren't stupid, irresponsible and desentisezed as our deeply corrupt politicians. I doubt any Western politician would dare to flaunt a birkin on an official tour if the country has as many serious problems as Pakistan. Even if they do, you could certainly guarantee a public outrage of some level. In Pakistan, you can get away with that.
Provided its normal for politicians to channel a corporate look, which often comes with wearing designer stuff but flaunting a birkin on official tour is just taking things on another level. Thats how I feel.

maybe she is a rich lady by inheritance, her hardwork, etc etc and not necesairly by hera pheri. Why such a fuss over her expensive accesories as long as she is doing a good job?.. i don’t see a problem with well dressed, well turned out people and yah hard to believe but politicans are people 2
