Re: Pakistan regarded as fastest-growing cellular market
every one is for democracy not for dictatorships, you are mixing the two up,
FACT is that today we are much nearer to democracy then ever before, the 90s were seen as dictator periods, as imran khan pointed out himself. LOL.
its very obvious that there was once a thief justice heading the supreme court and was sacked constutionaly from a reference which highlighted his corruptness, unfortunatly his goons without even looking at the reference got him back, musharraf even accepted it and it proved if he was a dictator he would have never been reinstated int he first place. thief justice iftak choudary was himself trying to be a dictator after coming back, trying to halt the economy showed he didnt give 2 cents for pakistan and when things got out of hand emergancy had to be declared to save the country from the thief justice.
MEDIA,** has there ever been a dicator given permission to soo many channels to open up, if you think musharraf is a dictator then please name me another.** *he gave media freedom its a fact, ofcourse they went against it and action had to be taken, any channel in the us or uk showing dead body parts would be banned in a second, geo went on a adventure on promoting terrosim when pakistan was having problems of extremism and fundmentalism, what do you expect, them to continue showing it *
ARY one world was even banned in uk for showing dead body parts few months ago, there slot was even confinscated and they havnt got it back till this day.
well the free media has come back today and is much better as a CoC has been introduced made from international practises, now we have an independant media operating.
you have said it yourself that media is a privilage, so wasnt ns and bb dictators that we did not get our privilage but only started getting them when mush came,
90s ruined democracy totaly and out us in a dictatorship period, thankfully today we are back on the democracy path, cortesy of musharraf.
Very good post.
People that constantly moan about Pakistan, without giving credit for all the positive work that has been done during the past eight years, are just blinded by hate.
