I have already said present government has done nothing to take drastic changes in organizational setup. The incompetency of railway minister is obvious. GM who was once Commercial Officer in Karachi was cosidered to be most competent officerof Karachi Division. But he seems to fall in the category of incompetent and corrupt officers as usual. Though the main problem is getting back the market share of freight from NLC, buying engines from India, send these stupid and fat offercers, including minister to hell where they belong.
Railway Police department is actually biggest stealer of railway material including stealing of costly electric wires over LHR-KHWL section. Recently a major was arrested who was found stealing from railway wagons. When military officer is also involved in theft of railways, don’t expect miracles.

Read my post # 22 and offer comment on that if you think from your brain. NLC was created by Zia-ul-Haq, from where the decline of Railway started.

I don't need any reinforcement here. The subject is more technical than political. When I created this thread, PPP was never in my mind, otherwise I would have never started this thread. It is mostly related to interest of the country and benefit to poor population of Pakistan.

Do you know the present condition of NLC? How much it is affective keeping in view the audit recently done by Ch Nisar regarding misappropriation of billions of of Rs, CAOS directed NLC not to call itself as army’s organization. But your brain can not comprehend the whole issue because it is beyond your level of intelligence.
