Like someone else mentioned in this thread, Indian Punjabis are a minority thus more inclined to represent their culture. In Pakistan, it’s complete opposite. Keeping this mind, the comparison between Pakistani Punjab and Indian Punjab doesn’t make any sense. Of course they will have less problems when they have a low population compared to rest of India and are the bread basket for their country. However, I was not aware of Indian Punjab having free water and electricity, are you sure? lol sounds too good to true.
