My reply: Pakistan army in this case.
This is a possible scenario: There were Afghans working with Americans at that time. And Afghans hate Pakistan due to our past support to Taliban. So there might have been some “Ahmed Chalabi” among Afghans who convinced some American crusading warriors to attack Pakistani posts by making false stories.
