Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

^^ PPP has been kissing Uncle sam's feet since its constitution - kindly come up with some thing we don't know

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Oho.... who kisses what, there is no question about that.

Mein puch rahi hun what is the worst case scenario that could happen to Pakistan if its leaders stop kissing sammy chacha's feet or whatever? I don't want to be naive and think well Uncle jee will just have to put up with it, take the money and go home.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

They will take out nuclear arsenal and disband army, followed by dividing further in to four countries like in 1971 when major Pakistan parted away. Are you ready for this?

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Why delay of 2/3 weeks?. Zardari should open it immediately.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

If you are following Iran issue, then you already know what the US is going to do with us. It also negates the theory of theft of nuclear arms. Libya handed over its nuclear stuff to the US voluntarily.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Wow. So I guess it is in Pakistan’s best interest to comply. Why is the government being galified then for doing exactly that?

Anyway… Allah he hafiz. :hinna:

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Zardari is waiting for go signal from army. But army is playing dirty politics that Zardari should decide at his own. If he decides he will get wrath from public, if not wrath from Uncle Sam. Welcome to dirty politics of Pakistan.

Correction - Dirty *world *politics.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

I think to begin with, they'll probably cancel all financial assistance to Pakistan and put trade sanction/embargo against all Pakistani companies state owned/private. And, influence Europe to follow suit. This will choke Pakistan's already disastrous economic condition as US is Pakistan's one of the major trading partner.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Pakistan is an ally of the Americans still they dont listen to the cries of the Pakistani government/military to stop drone strikes. There's a lot of mistrust between the two countries. Our so called strategic relationship with the Americans is a sham, the relationship needs to be made more realistic. We dont need to cut off our relationship with them but a realistic relation where the expectations of the two countries reflect what they can deliver.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Its not that easy to do that, some major terror incident anywhere in the world could change things pretty quickly.

Re: Pakistan not invited to Chicago summit: Nato chief

Why? Look at the examples of Iraq, Afghanistan followed by Egypt, Libya, Iran, Yaman and Syria. Once all these countries were allies and loyal of Sam.
