Shahid Afridi does not have the character to win the heart of any nation except Pakistanis. That too becoz he is a Pakistani.

He has done a lot of blunders on the field that have been captured on the camera.

Like: Scratching the pitch with his shoes against England. That was so childish and he humiliated Pakistan in front of the world by that act.
Ball eating etc.

Only a role model can win the heart of any nation. He is in no league of great Pakistani players like Waqar Younis, Wasim Akram, Javed Miandad, Shoaib Akhter, Imran Khan, etc. He is light years away from them. These players command respect not only in Pakistan but outside Pakistan.

His character is tainted like that of Ajay Jadeja, Azharuddin. People like him cannot be coaches of any team. He is nothin else but Boom Boom.

you can let Bhajji, sreesanth, gambhir win your hearts.

And please leave our BOOM BOOM for us. We don’t want to share him anyways.

We have no issues with Afridi, I think he is an Item cricketer, just like an Item song in a bollywood movie.

But we have issues with what he has to say, he said many good things but he should have not brought religious/Muslim factor into cricket.

Imagine Sachin saying Hindu hearts are bigger than Muslim hearts. If you dont criticise sachin for that statement then something is wrong with your brain.

Well the good thing is that Pakistan even after the semi final exit have been unified under Afridi.

I hope he matures into strong captain and chooses to use correct vocabulary or maintains dignified silence like sachin.
