That is again government’s failure to prosecute haram khors, small or big. I don’t really care if you put IK through a trial and force him to pay up unpaid taxes, surcharges and fines.

Coming back to topic, would the engines make any difference when crocodile Jiyalas sitting in lucrative positions in Railways would be waiting for them with open mouths? No.

Again which government department does not have corrupt people? Why don’t you shut them?

Jiyalas are not running the government departments and military. They are professionals, like Railway is also run by the professionals. The only difference is that Railway has been deliberately destroyed by the dictators. To revive it, the help from Indian Railway is very much needed.
