So the trains made in India will be better than Chinese? Secondly will those trains be able to operate without oil in their engines? Thirdly has railways got enough money to purchase the engines?

I did not see your post earlier. India is using same technology as Americans and other advanced countries. Yes Indian Railway System is much superior than Chinese. India perhaps is still making ALCO engines under licensing with American Locomotives. Pakistan Railways had very good experience in using those engines for many years till they outlived their lives. For many years Pakistan Railway worked freight trains with one ALU 26 (nick named Indra), 2600 hp stolen from India perhaps in 1971 war.
