One of my colleagues in a company was a very lazy guy who used to take 2 or 3 vacations every week. (Imagine that!). He was a quality inspector. I don’t think he even had any associate degree.
Finally he was laid off from the company. Then he came back to the company for some reason, and he told me that he got a job as “Engineer” in Pakistan Railways. He was preparing to go to Lahore for training.
He may have just been boasting to get the job as Engineer, but even if he was going for some smaller job, I would shocked to see how a loser like him could get a job in Pakistan Railways.

This is just one personal example of the kind of people this institute had accumulated. After seeing him go to Railways, I am not surprised at all to see Railways going bankrupt due to incompetence and corruption.

khoji if you don’t mind, does he belong to mqm? There are number sifarishi in every government organization. This lazy stupid fella is just drop in "Behrul-Kahil"of lazies and dishonest people in Pakistan.
