Finally, Core Committee of Tahril-e-Pakistan has come out to support the operation against TTP according to Dunya News.
earlier, one of the leaders of TIP, who was being interviewed on Dunya News, had asked the Govt. to tell Pakistani people why the talks failed and why they are carrying out operation against Haqqani group in North Waziristan when they are not attacking Pakistani interests. He suggested that finally America has won and Pakistan has given in to the US demand to carry out operation against Haqqani Group.

Little correction,
Army is taking control of strategic assets of the state which are airports, telecom, railways, electricity installations, dams, atomic/nuclear power genco along with cantonments and other military and semi-military installation across the country... And they should do it to avoid Karachi airport like situation, the enemy is getting their asses kicked and retaliation is matter of when and not if...so it is good and logical move....
Rangers are going to enter cities and would be working with police... It is all their to discourage any attack by these militants and in meantime let the sleeping cells see their top leadership at run or being hunted like mad dog

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, during a speech delivered in the National Assembly on Monday, justified the government’s decision to initiate a full-scale operation in North Waziristan tribal region and said that the ‘Zarb-e-Azb’ operation would continue until terrorism is eliminated from the country.
Sharif added that the government had tried patiently to pursue peace talks but It was unfortunate that after four and a half months of trying peace, dialogue could not be fruitful.
He further said that the world knew that “On one hand we were pursuing dialogue, and on the other we were being targeted.We were pursuing talks, but from Islamabad courts to Karachi airport we were attacked.”
The full scale operation commenced in North Waziristan tribal region on Sunday, and the move was welcomed by most political parties including the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM). Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).
The Pak-Afghan border was also sealed off while the Afghan National Army was also requested to plug possible escape routes across the border.

It is basically the responsibility of civil departments like police. I hope governments in all provinces have a plan.
