“Political parties” are in govt in provinces and in center, aren’t they ? And I think I need not to tell you this as well that army’s job is to clear the hardcore element, it is jobs of the political leadership to let these IDPs feel that the are part of society and not some aliens… That only political parties can achieve and it us only way to permanent peace…

Then you should simply say that government must ensure that IDPs are taken care of instead of using the term “political parties” because it will then include parties that are not really in government.
