Yes. Unfortunatley, what had happened recently was that the free judiciary took its powers beyond its remit, by trying to be the* 'legislature, the executive, and the judiciary'*
It seems in Pakistan, no one wants to follow the lines of demarcation. Everyone wants to be the absolute leader.
