Well we would think that, but they need to be given chances so that they can learn and improve their games. If they keep playing against teams of their own calibre then they don't find out how the better and senior teams exert pressure to win etc. etc.
So yeah it really starts after these early games but you never know the early games might prove to be interesting as well.

Agreed. Pakistan actually has better team this time. Good mix of experience and youth and well balanced.
On the other hand, India is relying on old horses and I see lots of similarities in Pak team of 03 and Indian team of 07 and I suspect result will also be similar.

On the other hand, India is relying on old horses and I see lots of similarities in Pak team of 03 and Indian team of 07 and I suspect result will also be similar.

If they r nothing but the flattest pitches, India will win WorldCup. If they have sum movement, India have no chance...Pakistan have better chance, but slim chance, in the end it will be between New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa.
