Wish SA had used his brain during his playing days as well. Talent alone is not enough. Had he worked hard on his fitness and done something about his temperament & attitude he could have cemented his place in history as one of the greats of the game … but missed almost as many tests as he has played!!
Achieved a reasonable amount but given his talent 178 test wickets (in 46 tests at 25.69, healthy stats but…) is a massive underachievement esp. in an age where many fast bowlers have taken close to 400 or 500 test wickets.
