Any news from Multan and Khanewal constituencies..

but i suppose the heart of pakistani politics is in the punjab and here the pmlq and pmln will be the major players along with pppp--it is here that MMA needs to make major upsets if it is to be the govt!

**

Allah! With MMA in Pakistan and BJP in India....kya hoga?!!

**

What happened to Dr. Tahir ul Qadri--someone I liked--??? He got beaten in his home constituency!! He made a BIG mistake when he distanced himself from the other Sunni ulamah of the JUP...

I predict in coming months/year he will rejoin ranks of the JUP... (MMA)

:)

I think Qadri got beaten by Azam Tariq

Also Imran has won his seat from Mianwali..maybe you guys already know that.

Which parties form MMA.

Well done Imran bhai! Zindabad! :)

About MMA Abdullah k....

The alliance is headed by Maulana Shah Ahmed Noorani, leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan - the political representative of the Barelvi school of Sunni Muslims. The coalition has in its fold both factions of the pro-Taliban Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, which represents the Deobandi school, Professor Sajid Mir's Jamiat-e-Ahle Hadith and Allama Sajid Naqvi's outlawed Shia group Tehrik-e-Jafria, which in its present incarnation is known as Pakistan Islami Tehrik. But the motivating force behind the formation of the MMA is one of the country’s most organised political parties, the Jamaat-e-Islami.
