Why when muslims burry their daughters alive and proudly say that this is right as per our values, you and so-called ullemas don’t get offended and think it as an insult to Islam and the prophet (pbuh) as burrying daughters alive is strongly condemned in our scriptures
Why when you see loads of filth all around you, you don’t get infuriated as cleanliness is half of our imaan
Why when people openly adulterate eatables and even medicines and sell sub-standard things, you don’t get upset as our prophet (pbuh) has said that ‘one who does adulteration is not one of us’
Why when even the dead ones get raped, you and ullemas don’t get upset
Why when people take law in their hands and cause ‘fasad’ and do all that in the name of protection of Islam, why don’t you feel bad
Why when students beat their teachers and insult them, protectors of Islam don’t come out
Why do you guys get enraged about the bans on minarets in other countries but keep your eyes wide shut when worship places of others get desecrated and when your courts give orders to destroy minarets on mosques of others
Saying that I love my religion and prophet (pbuh) as a lip service without following his Dos and Don’ts especially in public dealings is in simple words Hypocrisy or Munafiqat.
Islam is a beautiful religion, be proud of it. If you want to earn respect from others, simple recipie is to follow the sunnah of the prophet (pbuh) especially in dealings. believe me this will work.

I get upset over those issues too!
But I get more upset when someone tries to adulterate this beautiful religion:D
I said I dont care!
There are laws in indian states which prohibits cow slaughter by Muslims because it hurts Hindu sentiments as they consider cow as "mother".
Whats your take on this?
In some Indian states, cow slaughter is punishable because 80% Indians consider it as holy.
In all **Indian states, koran burning is punishable because **15% Indians consider it as "holy".
What's your take on this ?
I, as a secular Indian, dislike both bans. Do you ?

Your post is a proof of your secular vaelues:D
eating beef not meant to insult hindus but burning holy Quran is purposefully meant for insulting Islam.
Do you accept that an American eating beef is doing it on purpose to insult hindus.because I accept tuat an American burning Quran is an insult to Islam.
You chose wrong examples to compare.

Don't change the goalposts. You yourself have complained many times on this forum that cow-slaughter is banned in some states in India. Cow slaughter is not same as eating beef.
Muslims are free to gorge themselves on as much beef as they want by importing it from somewhere else.
BTW doesn't Holy Quran specifically exhorts Muslims to respect other religions ? So Indian Muslim who slaughters a cow is himself violating the Holy Book.
First you answer my question let see whats ur answer is!
Is an american eating beef is considered as insult by hindus living in india!
Hindus don't claim to have taken theka of everything that happens all over the world. They just don't want their holy animal to be slaughtered in their holy land - Bharatvarsh.
I, of course, don't agree with these positions. Cow slaughter ban should be lifted, similarly I should be able to buy Satanic Verses in India.

People "slaughter" cow for "eating" the cow, not for fun, not for ridiculing anyone's belief, if cow-slaughtering is sensitive to Hindus then it should be required to be done in a secluded area.
I dont care if any one thinks I am civilized or an uncivilized person but cant stand insult to holy scripture, holy prophet!
Thats important for my iman!
I don't think its important for "imaan" per se, its important for ego, personal ego "my religion and all its entities are un-criticise-able, un-ridicule-able" etc. What is important for "imaan" is what YOU believe, not what OTHERS believe.
the police or whoever is bothering that disabled girl over this is deranged. religion is a good thing in correct dosage, a means for individual mental peace and sometimes group therapy. if you want to get more serious about religion, become monk or saint or guru or rishi or something like that. Ancient Hindus had it right I think - mature thru the youth and family stages then renounce and go have however much religious philosophizing you want...just don't bother the other youth & family people!

Unfortunately in India, some rabble-rousing molvies have made this an issue less about feeding the body and more about feeding the ego. Their argument is like this:
"Allah has allowed us to eat/kill cows, why should we care what the kuffars believe."
This, in turn, pi**es off the devout Hindus, who demand that this practice be banned.

the ban on cow slaughter is pretty ridiculous too. if chicken and goat can be slaughtered, what is so special about cows? if cow is mother, why is the cow out in the yard and naked?
No, its not ridiculous. We in Pakistan have a ban on Pork meat (totally opposite, yet still a religious reason), so it just makes sense for India to have a ban on Cow meat.

Are not non muslims allowed to eat pork in pakistan?
and if they don't put accused in jail, the accused will get killed, what would the "society" do?
Two points
Protection can be given without arresting and registering a case.
If that's the only way a unruly mob can be handled that says volume about state of affairs in Pakistan. In most other places, there would have been firing in the air, tear gas, rubber bullets, firing would have happened. Public can only file a complaint and protest peacefully, the moment they threaten to lynch the "accused" it becomes law and order issue. The public want to be Complainant, Prosecutor and Jury. But, the problem here is "the law", which makes it a criminal offence!!! Even for a sane person, it can't be a criminal offence.
**ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik, in an interview with Radio Pakistan, has said that the government is going to constitute an inter-faith council to create harmony in the country.
**first they need to bring the culprits to justice, justice needs to be served, people who are misusing this law for their own personal agenda need to be dealt ruthlessly. before they talk about this council, which I'm afraid wont bring any good.
