The same type of confusion that foriegn born Pakistanis get blamed for.
there are people born and raised in Pakistan who are called burgers by others, because they do not meet the pakistani-ness threshold of those gauging them.
I am trying to find out what is this elusive standard and how many People in Pakistan meet this standard of Pakistani-ness
