sorry minime but the decadence of society is pretty bad and we always find one thign or another to blame. The corruption at all levels in Pakistan is not just due to lack of enforcement, its become part of fabric of society. and forget jahil paindu, look at cities you see the same thing.
these type of peopel go to other countries and them and/or their offsprings can not get out of their low class gandi zehniat and do the same crap there. At a point in time Pakistanis were very respected in middle east..saudi arabia specifically but then the chichori qaum started arriving and destroyed the image for everyone.
there are laws in US and Uk too and you will see a specific type of pakistani who will try to always take a short cut, find some crooked way to do something.
I am laying the responsibility on both teh govt and the people. uncivilized jahil paindu is cause of many ills just like parrhay likhay jahil narrow minded city dwellers.
Yes govt has a share in trying to provide teh right infrastructure ofr education and law enforcement, but at the same time the responsibility also falls on people and how the do their kids upbringing and what values they instill in them
values are not always enforced by law. however it seems there are many people in Pakistan who have no values or have set very low standards for themselves.
Fraudz, of course there are certain amount of bad people in every society, but if a support system and law enforcement exists for the good people, then these bad people can be easily caught and prevented from doing wrong.
Good people have no power to do good in Pakistan, because the system and society is set up against honest and justice. Yes their are bad Pakistanis, but just look at the majority of Pakistanis who go overseas and never break laws, because they know of the consequences their, but when in Pakistan these same people have no problem with bribing or the like.
What has happened in Pakistan is that the bad people have almost taken over the society in absence of the government institutions to protect against that sort of thing.
In the end, fault is with the feudals, army and politicians who have denied education and justice to the masses and then complain that the masses are corrupt!
why is that then that some types of crap is specific to some areas? the ability for others to do the same exisst as well dunn it?

yes there are many who do that and may nto respect laws in pakistan because no one else does or do it overseas because it is enforced, but there are many who disregard laws overseas just like they did back in pakistan. case in point is the drop in pakistani reputation in saudi arabia between mid 70's to mid 80's. we had kacchra crowd showing up and started muckin about like they did in their pinds and chuks..result...rep of all pakistyanis was trashed
