Its not the Mullahs who make these kinda stupid decisions but the "elders" of these villages....but Mullahs don't do anything to stop it either. I am surprised that with Musharaf being a "powerful" president, with all the army n with all these NGOs and what not, nobody can stop these idiots from doing these things? do we need an army to stop this???????
