Bindaz, the mumbai attack is similar to ordinary people being killed through bomb blasts and foreign secret agencies have their roles in some of those activities in Pakistan. As far as isi’s role in Mumbai attack is concerned, the Indian government’s official line is that the attacks were carried out by non state elements, if they think isi is involved they should take them to international court of justice. The Indians also alleged after the samjhota express attacks that Pakistan were involved although most of the people killed in that attack were Pakistanis and they had to retract afterwards.

In India we havent been able to hang kasab till now. Our govt has spent crores over the legal trial of the guy caught red handed. We are expecting Pakistanis to hang mumbai killers when we ourselves have not hanged them..
