cricketplaya, maybe you don’t believe in basant but apparently almost every punjabi does and the tradition has spread into southern pakistan as well now.

Interestingly, it took many deaths from the basant festival for the government to ban the festival in the nation. It sure wasn’t banned because its unIslamic.

Face it. Most of the time you cyber maulvies hammer around here, its against traditions that white people generally celebrate. You guys have this “anti-west” thinking, that everything Islamic is automatically anti-west or anti-white.

You have this lame thinking that everything Islamic is some how bad and backwards. Any person with a beard is a chavinist(sp?) and represses women. You are such a broken record, PCG. You need new MO.
