CM, you have it very wrong factually speaking, See following from Dawn:

You much like a numnber of people in your government fall prey to your own spin. I will elaborate.
whenever Pakistan does something with the US or India, you guys always try to spin it as something that Pakistan forced on their counterparts. This spin is necessary, I understand, so that the Pakistani people and especially the extremists don’t get interpret and further add to the misery of the government.
Problem is, sooner or later you guys forget the difference between spin and fact. With only rare exception, these spins blow up on your face and Pakistan loses credibility even further.
It is not good for you or for us. When are you guys going to learn not to do diplomacy through press releases?
