I have to write for more than hundred thouand Persistent Vegetative State,Minimally Conscious State and Locked in Syndrome.
I am not good in English so i shall try to write in Roman Urdu and request that some one shall translate it in English.It shall be more better if a Doctor can do it.Survival after Traumatic brain injury is very low at Pakistan so people are very less aware abut these terms.
Dar haqiqat BRAIN INJURY ab tak aik pur-israr haqiqat hay,Doctors sab kuchh jantay hain magar ab tak koi ilaj hay hi naheen.Drugs siraf aadatan di jati hain wagarna kisi dawa kay faiday ka ab tak koi saboot naheen aur Nuqsan ki babat yeh bezaban mariz kisi ko bata hi naheen saktay.Aik dardnak pehloo West main in Patients ki feed band karna hay.Shaid log Khuda par yaqeen aur muhabbat karna bhool gaiay hain-
Hamara bhi ab tak Kuchh aisa hi hal hay, koi hatmi bat naheen magar 4 saal ka mushahidah aur Personal attachment boht kuchh samihata hay jis ko logon kay faiday kailiay batana zarrori hay.
I think most of above mentioned patients are wise and aware but they can not express.All stories published about them says what i am saying..... Even if they still not sure about pain to them who authorised them to medicate them about pain.What type of medicine they prescribe to them and under what authority.They can treat about their wounds and infections but not supposed to give them any medicine regarding their brains.Because no result can

It is a great experience being observed here in Pakistan and i have not read about any such improvement anywhere in the world but surprising that no body to share this all.

Do you know inspite of all tragedies and mishaps happening with us we are little satisfied that by grace of God Jawad Pasha is perhaps the only patient in the world who is reaching at stage of Fully Conscious State.We need your preys for his full recovery and restoration of his motor functions. In this way we can prove that Pakistanis can do every thing when they want to do.

A report about Jawad Pasha. His present position
He does not blink eyes normally when an article like hand or finger brought near his eyes
He can move without any touch stemulation
he can not fix his eyeballs when asked to see some thing
But he replies with blinking eyes in normal when not specially asked to reply
He tries to speak when he is anxious
he tries to make movement with his inside mouth problems
He is wise of surrounding, reacts on any voice or scene
tries to hold his neck or back when he is afraid of falling
Two type of Seizure/fits Some in Last 3 years big attack one lasted for more than 3 hours till he became unconscious under effect of medication
Some small type now controlled only due to diverting his attention
Changing temperature of body Some time left side hot than Right, Some time Right than left same with upper and lower body some times
Sorry for taking your time but keep in mind this patient is still without any proper advise and medication since 3 years except 500 mg Apival from last 6 months

After reading your posts my heart goes out to you and your family. I am praying for Jawad's recovery. I can only imagine the hard work and dedication that goes into caring for your son, your child. I hope all our prayers will be heard and that Allah eases all the suffering in this world. I will continue to read your posts, so please don't stop writing.
Please tell Jawad that there are a whole bunch of people praying for his recovery and his happiness.

Thank you Miss Khan and thanks to all,We are certainly in much need of your prays.I am really encouraged by all here at Paklinks.As for as my search on net tells me Jawad Pasha is only patient who is recovered as fully conscious Or fully aware but he is still without motor function.One other Terry Wallis from USA but he was not gradually improved.We are thank full to Allah almighty and hope his further blessings.(Allah Hamaray Gunah Maaf Kar day)

Thanx God Thank you all here encouraging me.Our story is little sad but we are struggling.My elder son went through a total hip replacement this weak.He is better now,I just want to share you that courts in America and Europe are allowing people to kill their brain demaged dependents by removing their feeding tubes. I also want to share my few words with a very kind and helping doctor
"Actually i do not agree to the idea of any medication for a PVS by nrurologests how ever other health requirments may be treated.Simply when no result there should be no medication.If it is for study purposes,patients or their caregivers must be informed.Same about their seziures/Fits.There are two types perhaps which we are looking in case of Jawad Pasha,One perhaps due to brain changes and seconds perhaps due to his physical and pscycological problems and we are successfully experiencing to avoid secod type of fits by diverting his attention.I just want to share you an other wonderfull experience.Tonight and last time I braught him to barber shop for haircut and he sat just like normal at his chair during whole hair cut.I am now in 5th year of this grace of god and have to tell much more but I am not good in English."

Aik sahabi they , abu mu'allak ... chor nai un ko pakar lia and samaan loot lia , but then insisted that he would kill him as well ... the sahabi , requested him that the chor let him say his prayer for the last time ... the chor agreed ...
Sahabi nai yeh dua sajday mein parhi and spoke his heart to Allah ...
within seconds a man on a horse came and killed the chor ... shocked , the sahabi got up and asked who are you ?
The man said , I am an angel from the fourth aasmaan ... when you said YA MUGHEESU AGHISNI .. for the first time, chothay aasman kai darwazay per dastak hui ... when you said it the second time ... farishton mein hal chal mach gayi ki koi takleef mein hai .... when you said it the third time , farishton nai khuda sai request ki , kai ham ko ijazat dai ham is ki maddad kersakein .... when you said it the fourth time , khuda nai ham ko hukam dia ki is chor ko khatam ker do ... "
When you get to the red part , pray for your son , and protection against the land mafia .... Buhut dil sai maangain , and Inshallah Allah tallah aap ki dua kabool karay ga ...

Jawad Pasha is still a Persistent Vegetative state but he has changed the world View about a PVS.He is fully conscious now.Do you know what neurologests means by Persistent Vegetative state,that means a man like a vegetable permenently. Jawad Pasha is himself happy now a days.Perhaps he is feeling that he is doing better.We are enjoying his beautifull smile now many times a day.He is still without motor functions but I hope your prays can make it. Hope by grace of God he will soon regain his motor functions. Please keep praying for him and for Pakistan.

Thousands open eyes of Persistent Vegetative State, Minimally Conscious State and Locked in Syndrome are looking everyone in search of help.They are innocent, afraid and helpless people. Don't leave your beloved ones at the rooms or wards of hospitals or nursing homes. Bring them to your homes.Take care of their general health and keep them moving. It is a real hard work for years but sooner or later you shall see them smiling and laughing.They don't need any medicine or there is no medicine yet found helping them.They need simple feed and can easily organized for them. I am a father of a PVS Jawad Pasha but with the grace of God his consciousness is recovered now and we now enjoy his company. Courts in west are giving licence to kill in cases of brain demage.First know what the patient say.
