Sounds like there need to be some strong community interventions, confronting these families, and reporting the behavior to the police. Like if you know some kid is drug dealing and pimping little white girls (...what??) and then buying ferari's - then why complain about it? Pick up the phone, report it, and let the police know exactly where they need to go to get these a-holes redhanded.
Once the law starts cracking down on them, Pakistani communities will straighten up.
And education - you guys need to provide opportunities for your UK brethren for education.
