My friend had her shadi make up done by Angell's beauty and she looked soooo gorgeous. I am still also a fan of Shirley Wu.

I have already contacted Shirly Wu and she is not available for my date. Anyone else? I'm running out of time to book since my wedding is in July so I would need a lot of options in case some are not available. Would really appreciate the help.
A friend used Angell for her wedding in December, and the makeup looked amazing!

I had my engagement make up and hair done by Shirley, and she charged me $450. I know thats a lot of money, but I was very happy with it, and everyone complimented me on it. I have now booked her for my wedding as well, which is not until next March, but you have to specifically tell her that you are booking her, and not her assistant, and you want her to come that day. If she cant come that day, she will let you know at that point. But the point is, book her in advance if you want her! If you book her for 2 days (nikkah, valima), she will give you a discount.
I can send some of my engagement pics if anyone wants to see them, just send me your email address.
I have seen Angell's makeup as well, and I think she does a good job as well.

I am going with Angell. She is a sweetheart and more reasonably priced than Shirley.

I got my nikah makeup done by a lady from vasanti but she couldnt do hair. Make up was 75 $ and my valima hair and makeup done by amplified soul. Cost me around 350 (hair and airbrush). Would say both were very very good.

Who will be doing your bridal makeup Naqsa? I have also contacted amplified soul for my mehndi makeup... i met them at the suhaag bridal show last year and they were very nice and informative and were giving people makeovers on the spot and their work seemed very nice. over all they seem like very proffesional and nice people. they have some pictures on their facebook and website as well if you havn't checked it out yet.
