snorezzz

How boring.

I'm a tribal Pakhtun, dad's tribe is Zazai (Afghan tribe) and moms a Bangash (Tal). Even though Pashto is my mother tongue, I still love Urdu so much.

You guys, please cut the crap about Yusufzai and wat not. No one is superior. God made everyone equal.

No wonder the tribal areas are still submerged in poverty. Instead of changing our trend, we still have endless arguements about Pakhtun superiority.

Gimme a break.

Well said!

Agree with Hum Sa.

If I recall correctly, one of your boy-toys was dark-skinned. You didn't seem to mind being associated with him PKtaz.

pk taz that had to be the most pathetic reply ever. Weak kneed, dark, curry smelling Pakistanis?? You are just a racist, judging person who's giving Pashtuns a bad name. And if you had any knowledge on Islam, you would know that it is wrong to discriminate like that.

FYI, I am well aware of my roots and am more "AFGHAN" than most Pakistani Pashtuns are as a lot of my relatives are still in Afghanistan. But since my grandparents, my parents and I myself were born in Pakistan and we carry a Pakistani passport, I do love Pakistan and will NOT diss it. Samjhay? My Pashto is probably more authentic than yours anyway so don't jump to conclusions here. Unlike you however, I'm self-aware and don't need to throw around my identity in other people's faces simply because I'm not suffering from any kind of complex.

Pashtuns can very well preserve their language and culture while still being a part of Pakistan.

I suggest you see a counsellor ASAP. Your values keep changing at an alarming pace.

** PK TAZ ** If you are not happy with the curry smelling pakistanis and would rather be called afghanis or what ever you said then why the hell is your nick pk_taz why isnt it Afghani_taz or something. man get a life you are the one who gives Pakistani Pakhtoons a bad name.

Hum Sa Ho To Samne Aaye

Encouraging comments, keep it up. You can love Urdu, Farsi, Arabic and English though Pakhto is the language that bore you, that’s why you call yourself a Pakhtun. Since you love Urdu so much, and you might as well love it more then Pakhtu, then I suggest you start calling yourself Urduwal just like all those other “Pakhtuns” are called by the very tribal Pakhtuns.

I don’t know how to take your post, as an insult to my language, as an insult to a discussion about them, or an expression of your patriotism and love for Urdu?

I suggest you read the whole thread before making a comment.

No one is here to boost about their Pakhtunyat or Pakhtunwali. The thread was started to question Pakhtuns concern. Some one (person who started the thread) expected the Pakhtuns to keep silent about the whole issue in Wana. Pakhtuns love their country but they shouldn’t be slaughtered like goats for its interests, no one should be. Now of course there are two ways to look at this, from an Islamic point of view, and then from a Pakistani point of view for the average Pakistani. In both cases, it is wrong. Islamicaily you can't murder innocent Muslims to catch a single Mullah (though this is out of the question when it comes to Pakistani interests). Pakistani ‘interests’ wise it is a stupid move, last thing Pakistan needs is a rebellion from those areas. Pakistan knows the history of those areas much better then the Americans; it won’t bare any fruits with force, only retaliation.

Btw, how does your boosting of your authentic “Pakhto” differ froms what you are accusing the rest of us of? Hmmm… :- )

p.s let us take things for what they are and not try to be too bright, no one is perfect.

p.s2 no offence intended. If taken, I apologize.

Pa meena staso wror.

That is very shallow of people to judge all Pakhtuns because of a single person isn't it, where is the common sense?

Pk-Taz, I don’t know what you said but you did stir things up, please refrain from making idiotic comments.

SS I know very well what's happening in the tribal areas, my cousins are from Wana and I've been there twice and I love that area and the people. When did I ever say I agree with what's happening there? My post was simply directed towards the comments on the "superiority" concept. And did I ever say I love Urdu "more" than Pakhto? Read carefully: I said "I still love Urdu so much". Poay shuay wrora? I don't think spending endless hours discussing these kind of issues is going to help the tribals. Maybe doing something practical might. And I do NOT think that NWFP should merge with Afghanistan. That makes no sense to me whatsoever.

PS. I'm a khor.

pk_taz, put the shiny pearls of wisdom back on. Gotta see what has gotten so many fyne ladies pissed.

Ladies, don't listen to the fruit. Come to papa, I got nothing but love for everyone. ;-)

Allahhh, Can’t you people take a joke? I actually prefer a ‘saanwli’ complexion.

Humsa

Poey showam khor jaan, and as far as NWFP merging in with Afghanistan, I don’t know where that came from. It is a whole other discussion on its own.

PS. I know you are a Khor, read my post again :- )

so what do i have to do to become one of u? :D
