I think we should take a diplomatic approach and say Waqar is injured or something and have him sit out for the rest of the tournament. Make Wasim the captain and hopefully our chances will brighten up.
Someone need to tell Afrdi that keeping an eye on the ball will boost his chances of hitting it by about 100%.

Come on Guys, there are Six matches to go. We can bounce back. We have to win atleast 5 of the remaining 6 to qualify. preferrably all 6. Insha'allah they will fin out thier mistakes and wont repeat them in any matches. I dont think that defeat calls for drastic changes. Thier approach was aggressive enough but not conistent enough. Insha'allah Saeed will be back and tat will bolster them

Shows what little you know about cricket.india has the best batting line up in the world and england can pack a punch especially if their openers get going.either way their batting is far stronger than ours.

Indians Best batting lineup is exposed in last few months. England have decent top 3, no doubt better then our top 3 But they lack a proper finisher. And i m hopeful, After tonight Pakistan will be focused enough to surprise England and India.

well we all heard claims that this was a different pakistan team to the one that has been getting their tails kicked and i couldnt see any difference at all..
they all went in there and as soon as they started getting tapped...they were busy screaming at each other, miss fielding and then batting as pathetically as they could...
nothing new from whats happened to them in the last year or so.they're as ordinary as always.
anyway as a Pakistani i hope they improve but its doesent look likely.
Well Pakistan will bounce back in their remaining games. Pakistan got off to a great start but Razzaq and Afridi's bowling, and poor feilding gave the match away. In batting, Afridi and Inzamam were unfortunete, as they both got out on beautiful outswingers. I would have thought Afridi would play a rash shot, but just as he was keeping calm, Gillespie bowled him a beauty, which you coudln't really do much about. If his foot movement was a bit better, it would have helped. Anyway, Afridi should be in the team, but he shouldn't open agianst teams like South Africa and Australia. Afridi should have came in the middle order in today's match, to smash Bradd Hogg and Harvey, which other batsmen could not do. Anyhow, good luck to Pakistan in their remaining matches and Eid Mubarak to All.

Lesson learnt from today's match**
1.Waqar is the dumbest captain on earth.
2.Stop counting Afridi as all rounder.Just count him as a bowler and then decide if he deserves a place in team.He is just a tailender who acts like a batsman.
3.Ask Ehsan bhai to be in Masjid whenever Pak plays.As long as he was in Masjid for eid prayers Pakistan was doing good...
Anyway... There was nothing to loose in this match for pakistan.... It could have been a great start but frankly who expected win... I hope the win against ENG,NAM,ZIM,NLD and qualify for super six.

Helluva tailender to have an average over 20… He certainly is better then the tailender.
And please include India in the list of teams that we will inshallah be beating on our way to super six
