While it is understandable to be relieved with a draw against a good time like SA... Pak really did give up a very good chance to score a victory over SA..
With so many wickets left.. even if you factor in a typical pak collapse.. they still should have went for it... at least one of them couldve tried smacking a few and see what happens.. if nothing happens in 4-5 overs then go back to saving it.. but t least give it a little shot!!!!! there were not THAT may overs left... pak batting isnt going to collapse in 10 overs man they are not THAAT bad.

People saying we should have gone for the win need to realize our tail starts at #6. If we had someone like Mohammad Yousuf or Razzaq to come for batting with Zuqi to follow, I would have said that we should have gone for it. Umer Akmal seriously is a waste of a spot in the test team with his brainless batting approach like we saw in the first innings. His older brother, Adnan showed the same pathetic batting behavior in first innings as well. Wahab was unable to even bat, that's what the commentators were saying, so even a draw in these circumstances against the 2nd best team and arguebly the best bowling attacking the world is worth an applause and we should appriciate the team effort minus Umer Akmal.

the new face should still be trying his best....but with UA, it is best to rest him and introduce Asad to see if has any germs of Test cricket in him...
