The openers have played pretty well responsibly this time…
I wish rest of the batsmen take the responsibilty as well through the whole 4th day…and let the NZ play the 5th day…
PS: Considering the poor batting performance by Pakistan in their Ist innings…its not a bad idea first to consider to draw the match and the series though…

Now that the wicket has eased up, and the ball is soft and old, what are the odds that the senior batsmen Yousaf and Misbah will want to bat at #3 and #4 instead of sending the youngster Umar Akmal?

Quiet likely Yousuf will bat at number 3, then the rest 2 (Umar and Misbah) would follow. But before the number 3 steps in I would really like the openers to carry on and reduce the NZ lead to as low as possible before departing. :)

I havent seen the wickets yet.. but I just saw the standard of Guptils bowling.. I must say that the batsman would be utterly stupid to get out on that kind of bowling and amazingly both were C & B.

this wicket is much similar to wickets of Multan or Lahore... these batsmen should able to play with ease...
