Ah man, we just wanted AFridi to do what Kaneria is doing now. 45 minutes of wait, and England's second string bowlers would have been on with an een older ball, he could have scored a triple century then :(

Congrats to Moyo. Unfortunately Moyo's double was all they could salvage from the morning session. It was a bit of an anticlimax really. Now lets see how England can go about setting the target. And the biggest question of all, can our bowlers get the early breakthrough?

Overall Performance of Pakistan, Not too bad, considering we were 4 down for less than 100.

yhow, good job guys, Scoring 445 when you are looking at 528 is a great achievement. Yousuf, Inzi, Razzaq, Akmal, each one of them fired. Faisal Iqbal was unlucky to get the ball he got so early in his innings, and Imran Farhat did well until his fatal misjudgement.
Areas for improvement in batting would be Salman Butt's mental block, and Afridi's impatience this morning. He should be allowed to play in his own way, but it would have been nice had he waited for 10/15 overs while merely supporting Yousuf in the meantime. Oh well. Maybe we'll get England out soon and he'll get to put on a better show in the second innings.
Please no team/captain bashing yet. We bowled well, were unlucky to not get England out sooner because of Imran Farhat and umpiring. Our batting did better than England if you consider that we weren't beneficiary of as many dropped catches and umpiring mishaps. Good job guys, let's force a result by getting England out soon!

Good news, Afridi is out on the field. I don't think he would be needed to bowl soon, so his coming onto the field shows that his thumb is not in a bad condition.

The lead is quite a good one for England. Although I dont see them have the bowlign to dismiss us inside a day but they are in a better position to force a result. Lets hope for the best.
