Talal Dar: "I wonder why do Pakistani fans want their team to declare around 450 and give Australia almost two days to bat, in order to win 2-0. Why do they think it will be a draw if Younis scores a century and Pakistan get a lead of 550-600 runs and give Australia 4 sessions to bat? Australia were bowled in 103 overs, 91 overs and 68 overs in three innings in this series. Why wouldn't they be bowled out within 120 overs in the fourth innings now? And anyway, securing the series win, which is coming after 20 years, is more important."
Its a big speculation. Lots of Ifs and buts. But 4 sessions my fall short. Pak should declare right around 40 min after lunch so they'll hv some time before tea and then 4 sessions. It'll be all secure then
Azhar Ali batting nicely so far as compared to Younis. Azhar 49 from 97 balls and Younis 30 from 95 balls. It seems Younis is so much under pressure due to his 4th consecutive century.

Agree but for this thing YK should play positively. May Be pitch getting difficult but he is very slow this time.

Johnson to Azhar Ali, FOUR, full and wide, driven wristily through point to bring up another half-century. He’s looked incredibly solid right through this series. Well played.
Now Azhar should be the anchor here as his confidence should be sky high while we can hv YK consolidate his inning from other end. Still 1 hour to go before lunch with 60 runs piled up in first one.
Misbah has unique record among other Pakistani Captains. He has won Test matches against 8 test playing countries. He has not played any test against India.

Smith to Misbah-ul-Haq, FOUR, high full-toss on off stump, and Misbah makes some room, smacks it back over the bowler's head, bounces over the rope

Smith to Misbah-ul-Haq, SIX, tossed up again, and he’s hit it pretty much exactly to the same spot. Such a clean six-hitter, he is

Smith to Misbah-ul-Haq, SIX, tossed up outside off and Misbah accepts the invitation, launching it back over the bowler’s head and over the long-off boundary
