^^ it is blessing in disguise... YK is good in Tests but his recent form in ODI sucks big time... YK should solve its issues with PCB and should be available for the test series against South Africa and Newzealand later this year....

Some of these selections are plain stupid.
- What is Yousuf doing in the T-20 squad?
- What is Hafeez doing in both the squads? With his 18.10 average - shouldnt he be busy playing club cricket somewhere?

I agree. Younus sucks in ODI and T20 but is great for tests. PCB made the same mistake in Australia/New Zealand tour where he did not play tests but was selected for ODIs. Yousuf in T20 squad is another waste. They really should have tried this Asad Shafiq guy instead of Mohd Hafeez and Fawad should have been in the test squad.

Mohsin Khan must have been fasting without sehri thats why he had no idea whats going through his head when he made this selection - that pathetic excuse of a batsman M. Hafee!!!! I guess this time his perchee was lot more powerful than the usual Damad sahib.

Mohsin Khan is just a name. The final stamp of approval comes from Mr. Ijazz Butt. I think you dont need Hafeez. Salman Butt/Shahzaib/Kamran Akmal would be the 3 openers. SHould have tried Asad Shafiq really. Glad to see the end of Shoaib Malik. It's about time and with the planning for the next world cup, I hope both Farhat & Shoaib Malik dont come back until the world cup. Yousuf in T20 is a shock really. S. Akhtar is good addition and I think Wahab got really based on that first innings performance at the Oval.

Azhar Ali’s style of batting might not be suited to limited overs cricket. but let’s wait and see
And Hafeez!!! 
He is definitely not needed with the likes of Afridi, Razzaq and Fawad in the squad.

a) Younis' inclusion in ODI squad is understandable and wise. As much as media will cry over it, Younis probably knows himself that his best bet to make an impressive come back is in test arena.
b) Malik should NOT have been dropped from LOI squads. He is a valuable player in these formats... and as much as we all are going gaga over Yousuf's brilliant come back, we must not forget that he is a bad runner and worse fielder. Shoaib Malik is not a test player but he is a good player for limited overs.. I suspect he started to sulk again and hence was shown the door.. just my opinion.
c) How can they justify Hafeez's tried and trusted failures? Probably included to replace Malik. Thats the only explanation I can think of!

Bottomline is if Azhar fails at 1-down during the one-dayers, Younis will be back during the series against SA and NZ
