Who is not a corrupt here in this country? In 1997 elections, a ptcl divisional engineer paid 3 million telephone bill of Mr Makhdoom Amin Faheem! Now you can imagine how much that engineer have earned through corruption?
I wonder how much KESC engineers earn :)
