-There are more Pashtuns in Pakistan than Afghanistan.
-More Afghani refugees chose to come to Pakistan.
-Pashtuns of Pakistan are as patriotic as they come, after all it Sarhad that voted for Pakistan.
Those facts above are some of the examples of how our histories are joined. To the Pashtun nationalists, kindly worry about what is going on Afghanistan where the farsiwan NA is having a field day sidelining the Pashtuns.
In all my associations with Pashtuns never have I seen such hatred for Pakistan.
The eyelids of a Rajputs eyes are lowered only in death.

And the fact Pakistan has worked hard to develope it....they won't even have to do anything....unlike there own Afghanistan...
“According to the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies, India has 1,303,000 people in its armed forces, plus 535,000 reservists. Pakistan, meanwhile, has about 612,000 troops and 513,000 reservists. India is believed to have about 60 nuclear warheads compared with Pakistan's 25, Britain's Times reported.”
According to above figures Pakistan’s population is 14% of Indian population. But spending on defense is 47% of India’s spending. What quality and quantity that ‘gora’ is talking about? To me Pakistan proportionately spend three times than Indian counterpart as compared to population. This is simply an eye wash and observation is not based on proper analysis. What if ‘gora’ has said otherwise? I thought Pakistan won 1965 war but people including Pakis,in this forum denied. I know 1971 was disaster for Pakistan, each time Pakis talk about war, take the country further plunging in the ocean of darkness.

Where do the above figures talk about poplulation??? BTW, Pakistan did win the 1965 war.
You can only paint with the colors you're given...
...so get what you like and like what you have.
"In any long-lasting conflict, India would have the advantage of a population of over one billion compared to Pakistan's of about 142 million. It would thus be able to mobilise more soldiers."
What prove you have that Pakistan won 1965 war? Can you provide the link proving your statement? Here people can prove otherwise.

The missile tests are diversions. There can be no other reason. We all have our favorite theory of what he is hiding but you an be sure of one thing: Whatever it is, it involves either Saddam or Osama.

I think some of these Afghani, Indian, and Banglai (like Jimmy) should be banned. They are spewing lies about "Pashtoons", even though they know nothing about them.
Everyone I know in Peshawar don't like Afghan refugees. I, as a "Pashtoon", never identified with Afghanistan. Only these illiterate Afghans are the ones who always claim that upto Attak, the land is Afghanistan!! I heard it from them myself. They are bunch of ungrateful morons. We should have never allowed the refugees in our country.
I am very happy about the fall of Taliban. Hopefully, all of the ungrateful thugs would be pushed back to their country finally.

I know the histroy.. What I meant to say was that the Durand line was created with the cooperation of Kabul monarchy at the time. It was a loss in the sense that most Pushtuns still consider it as such. But still, are you suggesting that the Ddurand line is valid?! If so, it is unquestionably part of Pakistan.
fakeer, I am thoroughly shocked and saddened by your corrupted and misguided views. I believe people like you simply cannot grasp rationalism, ground realities, facts or even good old nationalism. First make no mistake about ONE simple fact, you are NOT the ONLY pashtun in NWFP or Pakistan. Second of all, MOST pashtuns consider their motherland to be the land of Pakistan where there fathers and grandfathers toiled the soil day and night even before independance. Third, MOST pashtuns will not elect or choose in ANY fair and transparent elections EVER to join Afghanistan. Fourth, ANYBODY including yourself who chooses to be among the minority pashtuns who want to destroy Pakistan because of Govt. policies vis a vis Taliban is free to migrate to Kabul anytime they so wish. And last but not least, your emotional outbreak of hatred towards other ethnic nationalities in Pakistan is not helping the Afghans or your case in the genral public. Hatred towrads ones own country men (ex. Punjabies and others) will only destroy the very fabric of society where you were born and raised. Mark my words, your emotional hatred will only consume you further without resolving the issues that you hue and cry about so ignorantly.
I give you the benefit of doubt because your mind is young and impressionable. It seems you are quite immature and base your opinions
on sheer emotions and mere ethnicity rather than facts, reality or geo political understanding . I hope you change your destructive attitude and listen objectively to those who are more knowledgeable than you.

That guy is not Pakistani. He is either an Afghan or a bayghrat refugee (who, by the way, are hated in NWFP).
