Pashtuns in Pakistan will support, and have been supporting Pakistan since they have always been a very big part of the running of the state. Almost all the multinational companies, and defence organizations contain pashtoons in large numbers.
As far as the number of pashtun taleban are concerned, there were almost equal number of people from Punjab and NWFP fighting there. and in the people from NWFP, most of them were from Malakand.
