A friend of mine is making decent money going to the web chat rooms and promoting music and products. He appears as one of the chatters and puts in good word for his employers. He says that such targetted marketing is common practise now.
I wonder if the same is true for interactive public opinion sites like Gupshup where a bunch of paid agents could promote and endorse certain philosophies and ideologies. Lies told repeatedly become the truth.
So my fellow guppies, are there paid agents among us?
I can't believe I'm wasting my time reading this crappy thread. I could be having so much more fun at my local Wal-Mart. They guarantee the lowest prices in town and have everything from food items to electronics. Remember, they roll back their prices everyday.
Guys, I am logged on from BestBuy ... later I intend to go to the starbucks next door and do some free internet surfing while slurping the new Frappuccinos.
