and US doesn’t really need to rigg these planes with any kill switch. Once they determine we’re not much of any further use, sanctions would be slapped immediately, stopping all supplies for spare parts, bringing these planes down any way.

In 90s PAF had to cannibalized 2-3 F16s in order to supply parts to keep the remaining F16s in the minimal flying worthy conditions.

However, this time around dynamics of the situation work in Pakistan’s favor because these fighters can be pit against JF17 and used as a measuring tool. Sanctions or not, any/everything on here can be gutted and learned from if U.S. violates the contract and slaps on sanctions.
