What will it take to start your own radio station , in your house (fm low power )

Just askin …btw in pakistan !

Offcourse i dont want it to be illegal, so After the license when it comes to the transmitter, how much range lets say if i need to cover all of lahore how much will it cost me, and wht about sponcerships.
Where do get the PTA license from ?

You can contact PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) directly for the licensing and other details. Check their website.

By the way, just out of curiosity. what sort of transmission are we talking about here?

As for the sponsorship and running advertisements on your radio channel, it's very far-fetched at the moment. You may acquire some sponsorships once you are ON-AIR and have a decent listening base. Till then you will have to use your own resources.

and how will i know when i have decent listening fan base ???

Finally will this cost less than 50000 ? (including all the equipment )
