Risc, yeah that’s one factor i forgot to mention. People buy a lot more proecessed/preservative filled food, due to work schedules, they go once a week or even once a month and buy everything then.. thus u need a car to do most shopping. And there is the impact of fast food on the culture , economy and overall health of society. In HS I used to read a LOT of articles from eDiets.com, about how bad these foods are, serving sizes r so small and ppl dont realize that..like in one large bag of chips, about 11 chips will cost several hundred calories and maybe 10 percent of ur daily needs for saturated fat.. now multiply those numbers by 6 .. :no: Nowadays, all fast food places offer helathy stuff, like salads and yogurt and veggie patties etc etc

**Risc **You are right. Money does play its role, but then again, exercise is the way to go even if you do want to enjoy your life and want to eat those few extra calories.
PCP Firefighters, Cops, and paramedics are not necessarily fat people, they are strong. They also set aside some time for exercise in order to become strong because they need the strength to break into houses to save lives, to arrest people, and to save lives of injured.

PCP Firefighters, Cops, and paramedics are not necessarily fat people, they are strong. They also set aside some time for exercise in order to become strong because they need the strength to break into houses to save lives, to arrest people, and to save lives of injured.
i know i know. they train so extensively - its bizarre. i swear they probably burn all the calories in the process too. my one pal is in firefighter training, and its crazy when how fast they develop into such fanatically strong people. :)

Janwar yaar sab office type jobs aisi hi hoti hain…Our company is going to provide an exercise room where you can go and work out. I think I’ll go run on the treadmill everyday for 10-15 minutes. Abhi yeh nahi pata k woh fitness room kab khuley gaa

Yup I agree. Fastfood makes you fat even if you eat less than normal diet.

in pakistan people have to struggle alot even to do simpler things like studying . so they are constantly burning fat

ok, i am overwieght too, but i have tried and tried to lose the wieght, McDonalds, isn’t my problem, Mountian Dew:meeno: chocolate:chupki: ice cream:shireen: and those darn skittles(got some now)
yes I do need to lose wieght, but i get depressed when i can’t drop the wieght like i want, so i guess i will just stay overwieght, unless somebody knows a smart alternative to sweets(my biggest problem) I get tired of fruit and the sugar free stuff is nasty.
